streets of Elyria. The new technology is called "MCT" or Mobile Computer Terminal,
with these new MCT officers are dynamically linked to the Police Department's database.
This provides officers, supervisors, and dispatchers with real-time, current, accessible information.
The Elyria Police Department utilizes Panasonic CF-71 Series Laptop Computers and New World Systems Software for the MCT application.
