On September 5, 2002, the Elyria Police Department issued two warrants for the arrests of Antoine George, a 21 year old Black male, last known address of 466 Stanton Avenue, Akron, Ohio. One warrant is for Aggravated Robbery and the other warrant is for Aggravated Burglary.

These warrants stem from an incident that occurred on September 5, 2002, at 166 Bohannon Court, Elyria. According to reports a 17 year old, black male was robbed at gunpoint while in his home by a black male subject. Through investigation this suspect was identified as Antoine George.

Also, on September 5, 2002, the Elyria Police Department arrested Melvin J. Blue, a 29-year-old black male of 3713 Toledo Avenue, Lorain for a Burglary that occurred on September 4, 2002 at 157 Oak Street, Elyria, Ohio.

Both of these events are being investigated to determine if these individuals are connected with the other home invasions that have occurred in the City of Elyria, our investigation continues.
