On October 26, 2003 at approximately 1941 hrs, the Elyria Police Department responded to the area of 132 Tedman Ct, within the Wilkes Villa Housing Complex, in reference to gun shots being fired. Responding officers found two shooting victims at that residence. Both victims have died as the result of their injuries.

One victim has been identified as Darius L. Corlew, 19 years old, of 124 Portia Court, Elyria. Corlew suffered multiple gun shot wounds.

The second victim is identified as Tyrone Francis. 35 years old, of 540 West College St, Oberlin, Ohio. Francis suffered a single gun shot wound.

As the result of the investigation, Delawrence King, 20 years old, of 4143 Gary Ave, Lorain Ohio, has been arrested for two counts of Aggravated Murder, a felony of the 1st degree.

The Elyria Police Department is conducting an investigation and following up on all available leads.
