    On October 16, 2003 at approximately 1820 hrs the Elyria Police Department Special Response Team and Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 133 Garvin Ave, in the city of Elyria.

 

    The search warrant resulted in the seizure of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, including suspected crack pipes and related materials. A Beretta handgun was recovered, which had been reported stolen from a Lake Avenue home on September 24, 2003.  

 

    The investigation resulted in the arrest of the following suspects:

 

    Martin Pinter, age 44, of 133 Garvin Ave, Elyria OH, has been charged with Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, Possession of Crack Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree, Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree, Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fourth degree and Having Weapons Under Disability, a felony of the fifth degree.

 

    Irving Seymore, age 26, of 137 Samuel St, Elyria OH, has been charged with Trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, and Possession of criminal tools, a felony of the fifth degree.  

 

    Cynthia Kincaid, age 33, of 21276 Cook Rd, Olmstead OH, has been charged with Possession of crack cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree, and Possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the forth degree.

 

    Tanisha Jackson, age 21, of 4858 Oneil Bd, Sheffield OH, was arrested on an unrelated warrant through the North Olmstead Police Department for traffic charges.

 

    John Tolbert III, of 593 Bell Ave, Elyria OH, was arrested on unrelated warrants through the Elyria Municipal Court for criminal charges.

 

    This investigation is continuing and there are more arrests expected.
